:( I wasn't into it. Flat and simple, I just didn't like it. The story went nowhere, the mystery was uninvolving, and the overall tale didn't get to any point. It didn't have symbols of interest, it didn't have intense action, and ironically, the new guy was the most interesting part.

Opinions on this much-later-than-should-have-been installment?

Well, considering he even stated it's basically the equivalent of Naruto filler episodes, hence it's later release, I wasn't too surprised. Though it was nice to see some of the other Section 9 plunkies get fleshed out. And it was basically the basis for SSS, right?
"If I believe I have a ghost, I will." Is this true? That's quite a controversy.
