Ghosts, Turing Tests, and Philosophical Zombies

In which there was discussion of Philosophical Zombies: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philosophical_zombie
And that got me thinking about the Tachikomas and their ghosts.
Since the goal of most AI is to create a device that can pass a Turing Test ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turing_test ) is there any way that you can tell the difference between an AI that can pass the TT, but is a PZ and one that actually has a ghost?
