I don't know if this has been discussed in a previous incarnation of the forum so I risk it. I liked the movie very much, but I was left with unanswered questions.Spoiler alert, btw.

1. The dog. Why the dog disapearance? Does the dog posters in class real are supposed to have a meaning? How could Bishop (or the other game programmers) know how to make the posters in the virtual reality if he never saw the animal in the real world?
2. "Welcome to Avalon". What does that means? Is it as simple as "congratulation you've beaten the game" or is there something more subtle I missed?
3. The Ghost. Do we see her in the scene where Ash visits Murphy in his hospital bed or am I seeing things?
4. Murphy's death. Does someone have possible explanation as to why he didn't try to defend himself?
