I was all into the grindie, electrorock, indie and grime, but now I'm going through a serious 8bit nerdcore phase ^_^ hence...

Listening to loads of Surgeon at the moment, alongside Aphex Twin's ambient works vol. II and Brian Eno.

Fleet Foxes
Ryan Adams & The Cardinals: Cardinology.
U2: No Line... Get on Your Boots is a lousy single to rep the album...it's really a good album overall.

Ha! You've gotta like Hatsune Miku--although what I really want to see is Megurine Luka, the latest one. She's supposed to have a slightly deeper voice.

Today I played The Beatles LOVE album which is a remix album made for the Cirque de Soleil show of the same name. I bought it a year ago, but I thought it was so well done...and you gotta be a big Beatles fan to get all of the nuances and arrangements...as there isn't any new material just a freshening and reengineering of all original recordings and samples.

Thom Yorke's "Eraser" album has kept me company lately.
Also an indie emcee called Immortal Technique.
