A new anime done by production IG. It's about some guy in a post apocalyptic setting with some latent powers that can literally bring weapons out of people. It's really fast paced, it seems.
I spotted a lot of GITS effects, like the thermoptic camo flicker, muzzle flashes and general art style.
Anybody else seen this one?
