New GITS Movie

Ok, I was googling GITS tonight and found word of a new movie. Anyone have any info? And by the way, I been lingering in these forums for months now and really enjoy reading what you guys have to say. Thank you.

The dreamworks 3-D live action that's being made, but outside of that, no other ones.
Oh! Also the interest shown in a season 3 or SAC, but otherwise, just the american 3D one.
