Are we ever going to see the rest of the official logs?

So Bandai licensed the 2 OVA compilation movies, but no further news on the official logs?

Regarding Official Log Volume 2, GITS Sac Official Log 2 is being put on hold/ discontinued about 4-5 months ago. Manga Entertainment claims they will still publish it, but Right Stuf received information that it was discontinued with no pospective release date.

I was really looking forward to that.
The book that comes with it is a really nice piece.

Did they give any reason? I'm fairly certain it isn't due to lack of sales!

I haven't heard of any reason from Manga about the second official log.
