I just picked that up at my comic store, Amazon said it would take 1-3 months to deliver!
I read about 3 pages before life came in and distracted me. It seems ok so far.

Nearly finished the second chapter, so far it is quite a good novel, it reads like an episode from Stand Alone Complex, which is what you would expect since the writer helped with the scripts.

Good to see that the translation for cyberbrain is cyberbrain and not e-brain like in R1 Innocence movie and the Innocence novel.

The first novel in the Stand Alone Complex series is an excellent novel to read, it reads just like the episodes, the translation between Japanese to English is excellent and the author was a writer on many of the SAC episodes. I am going to pick up the other two volumes when they come out.

The second Stand Alone Complex novel is coming out on July 19th 2006 and it is titled "Revenge of the Cold Machines".
