Review for the New Movie. According to the reviewer, the story is good, but if you aren't up to speed with ARISE you may be lost.

Saw it on the 11th! Very, very good. However, definitely follows on from the rest of Arise, so having watched the four OVAs (probably the wrong term nowadays) was a must! (Watching those plus the "extra" episode from the TV version would have been even better--didn't get to see that until afterward.)
