Anyone ordered from CartoonPassion before?

I ordered some merchandise from these people

and i have not received anything in about 6 weeks
i emailed them twice with no response.. i'm about to go up and do a chargeback on my CC, anyone else had any dealings with them?
or am i just unlucky?
