Ah man... you can't really call it an "official" fan club unless you're Production IG... or Shirow or someone, or you have their endorsement. You guys should make fanlisting.net lists for these characters, or post a link to whatever the one that exists is. No reason to say you can't have an "official in the shell thread" of a Batou club however.

I don't really like clubs with presidents and formalities and whatever. Seems kind of power-tripping and silly and so forth. Although if you're just all having a laugh, then it's fine. Just remember- this is all a game- a bit of fun. It's not to get all character posessive or whatever (-> has a sneaky suspicion I'll be going over to the Motoko club posts in a moment or two to say some more...)
