Could someone give a summary of the Thread so far? The shifts in the topic and any conclusions or suggested conslusions reach...

Every action, save for the kidnapping and death threat themselves weren't actions of the person who became known as the Laughing Man, but by the people who were motivated by these actions. That is th...

I believe it might be! It's very easy, and useful for forums [thought less so now] myspace, and maybe still for making small web-sites. I had a few I did in html a few years ago. No, not really. Most are former soldiers, who just can't quit soldiering - their job is their life and most of them have done little to really blend back to society. They're techno-savvy, yes, but not good at dealing with social changes. Introverted surely, but their interactions with people outsid...

That site makes it sound so easy I'd definitly get one... as soon as they got a way to implant it without killing me... or extreem possibility of injuring me. Figure the early one's with just extra memory will be less networked (might be safer from kackers!! Ha ha). Also does it require external pow...

Perhaps we'll come a some kind of full circle, where the old characters begin to feel less comfortable in the ever so rapidly changing world. Sorry to contraire, just being obtuse. But don't you think these people are the most comfortable with change considering? It's not an important point, just f...

the essence of particles, learning how to think backwards, That sounds a bit complicated. Essence of particles is a concept i've never heard of before. And thinking backwards could take some time. Ideally what i'd hoped was that I could train myself over summer (After I finished these damn finals :...

Japanese and HTML.. the languages
Some of you here seem to have a grasp, or even a fluency of Japanese. Would I be right in thinking one or two of you have lived or are living in Japan? Can any of you with expierence learning it as a foreign language give me some advice as to how to approach it? Maybe a good book for learning Japane...

Yeah I was making my point sure I had a new perspective, ...until i thought it through while writing it. Convinced myself it was a new point, but having read your reply, I'll go with that explaination. Just luck this year really. Found a nice place, and they let me stay here even though I'm a studen...
