I know of LMF, but I also know that piracy and thus links to fansubs aren't allowed in this forum. Better delete it before they see it!

Nobody knows. The technology is so new that no human has ever lived that long. Though I wonder if real old (and rich) people haven't had their bodies exchanged for cybernetic ones, but that's not been revealed yet. I don't think that they create new brains. I think that they fill the existing brains...

that wouldent have worked, becouse the matchines were trying to get rid of the humans, so if they didn't need us there wouldn't be much of a movie, would ther? :) It's pretty much off topic, but even with my suggestion the machines would still want to get rid of the rebellious humans (for everyone'...

Overwriting ones own personality over someone else's brain doesn't happen any time in the GitS - at least I can't remember such incident in any of the continuums. I would imagine, that the chance of failure would be greater than the chance of success, considering, how great the differences between ...

Agreed, especially when it would be possible to control the level of feeling involved. But they would be so used to the bodies with no feeling , like driving a car, you get use to the size and position the ther exterior, and without feeling you can still control the movement, the wheels avioding po...

I think I can translate: pole = poll I'm thinking that ghost may be dyslexic, since I've seen a dyslexic type in a very similar style in Swedish. Pure sloppy typing usually looks somewhat different. But hey, I could be mistaken. :? I have a feeling that there may not be enough Ghost in the Shell fan...

I watch it because it's Ghost in the Shell (saw the movie, read the manga and MMI), and SAC lives up to the quality of the franchise. I like cyberpunk, and I like the focus on the plot at the expense of characterization. I really like how the series is shock full of info - if I miss a few sentences ...

"I think of many things, therefore many things exist" Its proof that more than one thing exists, however obvious that sounds. Well, at least it's proof that thoughts of many things exist, but just because I think about something doesn't mean that it exists. Which is sometimes unfortunate....

King Kong wasn't even in the Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny (lyrics)! So Godzilla would win by default. I love that song.

I'd consider it disturbing, pervy and untoward if Rei and Asuka were real people who didn't appreciate being openly lusted after by men aged anywhere from 18 to 48. But since they're just two fictional characters who've apparently been objectified by their merchandisers I'm just happy that people ge...

I think Armitage III's outfit was cool and that tiny pink pistol was awesome, as was the trailing and spinning handcuff the antagonist ran around with. Never had a problem with Faye's outfit either, although I didn't think it was particularly cool (which goes for a lot of stuff in Cowboy Bebop ). An...

I would think that being a woman would most certainly be worse when you are being acousted by thugs. They would see you as being an easy target, someone not worthy of their fear and theirfore respect, they may even rape you. A tall, powerful looking man is much less likely to be mugged, and more li...
