I got one for £20 (maybe $32-35 US).

I don't have the captioned version, I have the english re-dub, so it must be a better exprience for me.
I know that the old art style is nice, and i'm a fan myself, but it just didn't seem to fit something so futuristic and modern.

I think Innocence was better, as I came in from SAC first. The first film seemed too short, sped by, and the art just looked old. Plus, the concepts in Innocence where more interesting I thought.

Oh, we have a different dub, don't we. Well, Crispin Freeman was as great as always, the bloke who does Batou was a bit sterner it seemed. Arimaki and Ishkawa seemd a bit weaker, but not greatly so. All in all, great dub. *spoiler* The major's was very good, distorted a bit, but that makes sense .

Don't forget Curzokawa. She was around 80 really, but had the physical form of a early to mid 20 year old. So I presume life can be extended, but maybe not be infinate.

The Offival log volume one all but says he's the guy who says 'mesure the trajectory' in episode 4.

That makes me happy.

Does anyone remember the 100 or so rough sketches for Motoko's uniform in the offical log? some of those where qute good. Better than her usual one.
