I lolz at this episode. I love it! I love the part where Motoko is lieing in bed with her head on the pillow, hair beautifly messed up. Where can I get a screen of this!? Plus the idea of compressing cocaine into statues for easy smuggling; why didn't I think of it?! Yay for DVR, being able to rewat...

BlackMamba, there's another solution to your problem - get a sewing kit, and create the clothes from the show. that's what I did with Motoko's jacket. Y'know, the yellow one from the movie. As much as I love watching project runway, sewing and clothing design just isn't my thing. Bet theres big mon...

So you mean movies inspired by anime or manga. That is hard. Most of the movies I can think of where inspired by American comics.

I really want to see this movie for several reasons. The art direction looks great, the story sounds promising, and its from the Wachowski brothers. Has anyone else here seen it?

I'll be venturing out this weekend to see if suncoast has vol. 4 at the sale price of $15. If its $25 then I'll wait till it gets goes down to $15.

I rented Howl's Moving Castle from blockbuster and enjoyed it. Your typical amazing artwork and Miyazaki charm.

So, this new project have finally been announced to be, not a 3rd gig, but a movie! We'll be able to see the trailer rather soon in fact, a few days.
