OK, so now I've changed the Account Activation setting to "User." Not sure why that would have anything to do with the "Visual Confirmation" setting, but, hey, whatever works. If it does. I've tried to create a user account without typing the confirmation number, and indeed you c...

Hi all! I already have the "visual confirmation" set to "on" (because I thought that would stop spam!!!). I've now changed one other setting having to do with user registration, but if that doesn't work ... well, if anyone has any ideas, I'm open to them. I'll check the robots.tx...

Here are the rules!!!

(The following are courtesy of Sylphisonic!) Basically, the main thing is that people should have common sense (kind of uncommon, I know). No nasty language. Have a good attitude. No linking to anything naughty (like illegal downloads or pornographic things). Nothing sexist, homophobic, racist, reli...

How funny ... I'm not sure what type of music I like any more!!! Ages ago I could be more specific (although as a youth I was teased because I didn't know the difference between rock and disco  ) I liked the usual '80s music, but I was at various times very into punk, heavy metal, alternative ...

I'm not really interested in the new show, although we have a friend who is VERY into it. I still like the old BG; it reminds me of childhood, coming home from football games on Sunday and camping out in front of the TV to see how the mythic battle between man and machine would play out :)

Well I'm sure that you'll definitely want to avoid Ninja Scroll after an unpleasant explanation like that! This is all a bit disturbing so why don't we escape from this subject now... Back to anime classics!

I received them! They've been placed in the Gallery.

Thanks!

(BTW--and I'll put this in a little note about Avatars somewhere--Avatars have to be 7 KB or less to fit in the gallery. Also, 80px by 80px max, jpg or gif.)

Yup, shame on me  I've just added IV and V to the poll. I haven't played them yet, so I wasn't sure whether I should put them in the poll or not. I only started playing VIII in late 2002, first on an emulator that didn't show any of the battle stats properly (try playing without knowing what a...

Sure, that's fine, if the zip file's no bigger than a MB ... send them to ghost@neomythosNOSPAM.com. (Take out the "NOSPAM" to make the email address work; just protecting myself against spammers in some small way.)

Which Final Fantasy game is best?

Which Final Fantasy is best? I ask because I have some suspicions about which are the fan favorites, and because I haven't put up a poll in ages :) While we're at it, which are your favorite characters? My two favs are FF VIII and FF X. FF VIII has an amazing storyline and well-developed characters,...

I've been looking forward to the movie for so long I've almost stopped looking forward to it :?

Is it only out on the PSP or am I right in thinking I heard it was to be out on regular DVD as well?

Yea! So many people, so quickly! It's like having a party where everyone shows up! I'll be playing around eventually with color mods and such, but first I want to see this phpBB actually work for awhile. I don't want to have to go through crashes again very soon (or at all!) I'll put more avatars up...

Project A-ko would definitely be a classic for me (along with Project A-ko 3: Cinderella Rhapsody). Sailor Moon (the Japanese with subtitles) is another anime (though a series, of course) that holds a dear place in my heart. Others: Millenium Actress--Best I've ever seen!!! Perfect Blue Macross II (...
