another 20?!¿!? that's alot of characters for a single faction in a story... :? we can only hope the characterization doesn't suffer. Strange that only one of them appeared in the concept art.

saw the first film many, many times :) branched out from there to all other things GitS. Wasn't that blown away by the first series, but I've watched 2nd GIG more times than the film now including several times all the way through in one sitting. The political machinations, information manip...

voice sounds a bit older on the Japanese dub.

Still mildly disturbing though, even though i seriously doubt it was meant as more than a joke furthering their sympathetic relationship combined with a bit of harmless fanservice. :)

I'm more of a philosophy geek than a science one, but these are the three science sites I have bookmarked. encyclopedia cybernetica Just another link list but contains most info you could want on robotics in one form or another. MIT research they dumb down alot but it's still interesting. newscienti...

I don't read much of other peoples SciFi for the reasons given by our glorious moderator up there ^^ characters often seem to suffer due to the space given over to plot and background, this is understandable because in SciFi you frequently have to set out the inner workings of an entirely new world ...

ah that makes sense, reflections are a repeating theme in the GitS mythos they reflect the form, showing what is human, but in itself is not human. Like an android built in image of a human being, but not human in itself. I guess it's similar in meaning to all those images of kusanagi floating into ...

Just seen Metropolis and I think i would have enjoyed it had i been alot younger. The plot points and characters have all been done before and in more depth. :| loving the retro stylings though. :) it's getting hard to come up with something worthy of the classics list that hasn't already been menti...

Yeah, seems unlikely but I'm still holding out for an appearance by Gambit sooner or later, watching him in the yellow spandex years cartoons is the reason I can now hurl cards with deadly accuracy.. ...well more annoying than deadly, but it's a lifeskill nonetheless. Unfortunately David Hayter said...

Thanks for the link. Just played through the laughingman demo, doesn't really have much to do with GitS other than having the laughingman logo appear here and there(or i just didn't get to the GitS mini-story yet). Still a great game though; play in the dark whilst drinking endless supplies of caffi...

what? no mention of 'Super Princess Peach'? any game with a female lead that has the guts to use her girlish mood swings as a super power get's my vote. :P /me flees from the board's female denizens  also .. The laughingman Uplink mod?
