I rewatched the series, and here's my conclusion

Aramaki I like in Japanese

Togusa in English

Batou in English (guy just ooozes sexual tension when he speaks. He's a stud 8) )

Motoko in either. (Honestly, they're both PHENOMENAL!!!)

Tachikomas in English! All the way! I adore the little buggers, and despite being an adult I can mimic their shrill little adorable cutesy voices completely!

Pazu in Japanese

Ishikawa in English

Saito in Japanese

Bouma in Japanese

Azuma in English

Proto in either. Both are exceptionally good

Hideo Kuze in English. I grew very attached to his voice.

Gohta in Japanese. He sounded sinister yet very dignified and just at times. He was perfect!

Aoi in Japanese. It just felt more ....true? I guess that's how I can describe it.

The prime minister in English. I thought she had a gorgeous voice. Very beautiful, and professionally delivered.

Uchikomas in Japanese. English ones made me grimace....

Aaaand that's about it. :3

I think you nailed it

Except for proto..there is something about him in english that sounds fact so it kind of fits the whole Bio-Droid thing 8)

Good thing this is a holiday week-end...I'm starting to get the urge to watch it all again.

Honestly, this is one of the only animes that I prefer to watch dubbed rather than subbed. The voice acting is on par both in english and japanese
