| kuze used to be a member of japans military remember so he would have access to it. my guess is that it comes from the clothing that they're wearing, because aren't they usually wearing something when they use it? |

I think Predator would win. I mean, Predator killed Aliens...but then again he couldn't kill arnold shwarzenagger(the terminator) So I guess Motoko would have a fighting chance. |

Maybe the idea behind switching off thermo-optics is some kind of police procedure, eg you can't make an arrest whilst your thermo-optics is on
