I dont understand the conspiracy between Isreal and the other middle east countries. So why did Isreal set them (section 9) up, and when Motoko is kidnapping the face-maker. What's the deal with Iskihama saying he got all the evidence, and how come he can gather evidence when Motoko made the kidnapping? Someone help me out

It's an old topic but I'd like to know too.

Also:
why does Motoko want to broadcast the incident at the end of the chapter?
Is it connected to the "Radio paging channel" she was talking about earlier? was that Shapiro who "Killed" her? and why?
And why does Katagiri wants to stall her?

This forum's not very active but I hope someone will answer.
