Question on release date of Revenge of Cold Machine?

On Amazon it says is coming out in August, and i found one more site that says it will be release in mid August. But when i was looking at RightStuf.com, it says it is out and is on Back Order From Manafacturer. So anyone know if the novel is released already.

The Revenge of the Cold Machines novel is coming out on September 16th 2006, got this from the DH Press Books website.
