Actually that's not truen AFAIK. PSPs are region free. At least for games anyhow. I would also assume that translates to movies as well, but I could be wrong. Movie companies tend to be stricter with those sorts of things.

Yeah I thought the PSP DVD discs were region-locked (something to do with the usual silly movie industry fears, of course), but as I don't have a PSP I can't say for certain.
