I got mine from DC-DVD. They still seem to have it. Note, that the tad heavy price includes shipping and if you're inside EU, you don't have to pay the customs, either.

Ah, forgot. UK has tad heavy prices on everything...

If someone'd bother to publish it in Scandinavia, I'd propably would have gotten it with 30 €, or so, but since that was a fat chance, DC-DVD wins.
