Was at my local Barnes & Noble today and stumbled across this. Didn't buy cos I was doing holiday shopping for others and not for myself (sigh). Its great seeing another GitS product...but I am not officially overwhelmed with this. That art by Yu Kinutani s so-so and it appears to be a manga-nization of the episodes themselves...not a third season in manga form...but it does tout some bonus story at the end of the books. We'll see....

Not suggesting using this link to get the managa without paying, but the posts support the statemnt that it is a full circle - manga of the anime from the manga
