Need HELP with GITS Storyboards

So I'm a really BIG fan of Mamoru Oshii (much more than GITS, in fact) and was searching whether or not the storyboards for the first two films have been released in book form. All I came across on Google were these two links:

My main concern is, I'm not sure whether or not these do contain the storyboards. Does anyone actually have either of these books in their possession and would like to shed some light? And if they do contain the storyboards, were they illustrated by Mamoru Oshii? I don't want to get these if he didn't do the illustrations.
