Panzer cops in Innocence O___O

I have NEVER noticed this until now, but if you look at the opening of Innocence, the one where the officers are about to storm the alley-way with the Gynoid that assaulted the officers, the outfits of the soldiers that belong to the task force are almost identical to the Kerberos Panzer Cop outfits from Oshii's series.
That guy sure likes his references.
Still, after all these years, I'm SHOCKED that I never noticed that before...
