I couldn't say, I haven't finished any of the five I own yet. I have: IV, VI, VII, X and XII and they're all awesome. I'm currently absorbed by IV, which has charming characters and a well-orchestrated story.

So long as they don't cast the actors incredibly badly (which, in all honesty, they're likely to, judging by modern film adaptation standards), and they stick to the style of the original movie (which they also probably won't). If they do those two, it's likely not to be a disaster at the least.

There are some occasions when I'm like Kuze- calm, caring and generally quiet. And there's others when I'm like Ishikawa, I guess. When I actually am a veteran. But Togusa mainly.

Well, they certainly used micromachines (as they're called in SAC) to get rid of CO2, as it was mentioned on the original infamous Laughing Man newscast. They seem to be non-sentient workhorses to me.
